- All fees, payment terms and refund conditions will be communicated to students at the time of admission. Any applicable refund will be subject to the institute’s refund policy. Fees do not include the cost of external examination or registration charges levied by any third-party body, uniforms, transport, or optional activities, unless expressly stated.
Applicable taxes, if any, will be charged as per law.

- Ragging, harassment, violence, damage to property, use of intoxicants, and any unlawful activity on the premises are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate expulsion without refund, in addition to any action under law.
- Malpractice in examinations or assignments may result in cancellation of the examination, the course, or the certificate.
- Certificates are issued in the name recorded at admission, after successful completion, fulfilment of attendance requirements, and clearance of all dues.
- All refund requests must be made in writing to the Institute and will be processed within [e.g. 21] working days of approval, to the original source of payment or bank account of the student.
- Study material, uniforms or kits already issued are not refundable and their cost may be deducted.
- Fees paid are specific to the student and the course, and cannot be transferred to another person.
The Institute may from time to time offer scholarships, seasonal discounts, referral benefits, free add-on courses, or privilege cards. Each such offer is governed by its own terms, which are published with the offer or printed on the card or leaflet, and:
- is valid only for the period, batch and person stated;
- is personal to the named holder, non-transferable, and carries no cash value;
- cannot be combined with any other offer unless expressly permitted;
- may be modified or withdrawn by the Institute for operational reasons, without affecting benefits already availed.
The Institute provides training and, where offered, career guidance, interview preparation or placement assistance. Enrolment in any course does not amount to a guarantee, promise or assurance of a job, placement, internship, salary, or admission to any further course. Employment outcomes depend on the student’s own performance, qualifications, conduct and market conditions. Any figures relating to past placements are indicative only and are not a commitment for the future.
